Your company is unique. So are the metrics you choose to define success. In today’s marketplace, labels such as “safety first,” “days without an injury,” “sustainable,” and “environmentally friendly” are common. But being safe includes more than just labels. It provides a competitive advantage. An advantage that when defined by specific metrics can be measured, managed, improved, and positively impact the bottom line.
We work closely to help you define your current safety metrics by administering a Safety & Health Maturity Profile. We use this information to develop a customized program of services to meet your unique goals. Our services enhance your current program or allow you to begin fresh to begin harnessing the benefits of a safe workplace. Being safe is more than just writing policies. It is a process, a culture and a belief system that is driven by continuous improvement.
Choosing to provide a safe and healthful work environment presents opportunities for measuring success by industry.

Claims Navigation/Advocacy
When a person is injured and files a worker’s compensation claim, as the employer, you are obligated to allow the employee to enter the system for treatment to be made whole. The challenge is, you don’t always know if the claim actually happened on the job, especially if there aren’t any witnesses.
According to law, treatment cannot be withheld until a claim’s validity is proven. We advocate on your behalf and guide you through the claims process as well as research the claim’s validity. We know what “red flags” to look for in a claim. As an employer, you don’t want to pay upwards of 30, 40, or 50K for an injury that didn’t occur at the worksite.
Additionally, we follow the employee’s treatment process to ensure they return to work as quickly and safely as possible. Nor do you want to pay for an employee’s “extended” vacation when they are well enough to return to the workplace.
It makes it difficult for both the employer and the carrier. The carrier has a multitude of claims to processes and they don’t have the time to research and understand the entire situation. Treatments can be customized to benefit both the employee and employer.
